Ingredients

2 dash Molé bitters (bittermens)
0.5 oz Pedro ximenez sherry (lustau)
2 oz Bourbon (old granddad bonded)

Instructions

Build in a Double Old Fashioned glass, add a large ice cube, and stir to chill. Garnish with a brandied cherry (Luxardo Maraschino cherry).
