Ingredients

1.75 oz Laird's bonded apple brandy
0.75 oz Pedro ximenez sherry (oxford 1970)
0.5 oz Mezcal (peloton de la muerte)

Instructions

Build in a double old fashioned glass, add a large ice cube, stir to mix and chill, and garnish with a lemon twist.
