  • 0.25 oz Demerara syrup
  • 0.13 oz Cherry heering
  • 0.13 oz Fidencio mezcal
  • 1 dash Absinthe

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with 1 drop apple bitters.
