Ingredients

  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 dash Fee's old fashioned aromatic bitters · Bitters
  • 1 barspoon Batavia arrack · Rum
  • 0.5 oz Royal combier orange liqueur · Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Pierre ferrand ambre cognac · Cognac

Instructions

Muddle cloves in bitters. Add rest of ingredients and ice, shake, and double strain into a cocktail glass. Grate nutmeg over the top as a garnish.
