  • 2 dash Scrappy's celery bitters · Bitters
  • 0.75 oz Crème yvette · Other
  • 1.5 oz Broadbent rainwater madeira · Madeira

Instructions

Pour the chilled ingredients (batched and kept in the refrigerator) into a flute glass. Top with ~3 oz of cava.
