Ingredients
- 1 Fistful mint leaf
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 1.5 oz Eagle rare 10 year bourbon
Instructions
Shake with ice and double strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Top with 1 oz housemade ginger beer and garnish with a mint leaf.
