Ingredients

  • 1 dash Pernod absinthe · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Velvet falernum · Other
  • 0.75 oz Manzanilla sherry · Sherry
  • 2 oz Bacardi 8 year rum · Rum

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.
