Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Park vs cognac (du peyrat selection)
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat · Other
  • 0.25 oz Giffard apricot liqueur (rothman & winter)
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with a dried apricot on a pick.
