Ingredients

  • 6 drop S celery bitters (fy) · Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Herbsaint · Other
  • 0.75 oz Dry vermouth (boissiere) · Vermouth
  • 2 oz Gin (junipero) · Gin

Instructions

Stir on ice and strain into a rocks glass. Twist a lemon peel over the top and discard.
