Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Passion fruit syrup
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Green chartreuse
  • 1.5 oz Unaged agricole rum (vale d'paul agurdiente novo)
  • 0.5 oz Falernum (velvet)
  • 3 dash Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

Whip shake all but the bitters, pour into a snifter glass, and fill with crushed ice. Top with bitters (I included them in the mix, see below), and garnish with a mint sprig and a paper umbrella.
