Ingredients

  • 1 oz Pierre ferrand 1840 cognac · Cognac
  • 1 oz Smith & cross rum · Rum
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Benedictine · Herbal Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 3 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 1 dash Kübler absinthe (1 bsp butterfly) · Absinthe

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Tiki mug. Fill with crushed ice and garnish with a lime, cherry, and a mint sprig.
