Ingredients

  • 1 oz Plantation pineapple rum · Rum
  • 0.5 oz Ginger liqueur (king's ginger) · Other
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.25 oz Orange juice (cara cara) · Juice

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a flute glass containing 2 oz champagne (La Burgondie Cremant de Bourgogne), and garnish with a lime twist.
