Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Honey syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Passion fruit syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Aged rhum agricole (rhum clement premiere canne, unaged)
  • 1 oz Medium aged puerto rican rum (flor de caña añejo oro)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a hollowed out pineapple or a large snifter glass, and fill with crushed ice.
