Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Aperol
  • 0.5 oz Cinzano sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz Meletti amaro
  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and add a straw.
