Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice (1/2 oz) · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Green tea syrup 1:1 (1/2 oz jasmine green) · Syrup
  • 2 oz Bombay sapphire gin (1 1/2 oz tanqueray) · Gin

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with 7 drops of St. George Absinthe.
