Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 1 barspoon Absinthe (kübler) · Absinthe
  • 0.5 oz Cointreau · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Cynar · Amaro
  • 1.5 oz Plymouth gin (beefeater) · Gin

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a few drops of Angostura Bitters.
