Jerry thomas decanter bitters, Cherry heering, Lillet blanc, Jameson irish whiskey

Ojen bitters (1/8 oz herbsaint), Cherry brandy (1/2 oz cherry heering), Dry vermouth (1/2 oz noilly prat), Rye (1 1/2 oz sazerac 6 year)

Beefeater gin, Bonal gentiane quina, Cocchi americano

Very ripe cherries, Dry vermouth, Gin (1 1/2 oz farmer's)

Peychaud's bitters, Creole shrubb or grand marnier (gm), Lemon juice, Strega, Calvados (vsop boulard)

Walnut liqueur (rosso nocino), Punt e mes, Aperol, Scotch (royal brakla 12 year)

Bourbon, Maraschino, Angostura bitters, Orange bitters
