Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Orgeat
  • 0.75 oz Lustau palo cortado sherry (3/8 oz each lustau oloroso and amontillado)
  • 1.5 oz Del maguey mezcal vida (fidencio joven)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube, and garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
