1 tsp Lemon juice (1/4 oz)
1 tsp Goya guava jelly (1/4 oz la fe guava paste melted with a little water in the microwave)
1 literal 1/2 Egg white
0.5 oz Meletti amaro
1.5 oz Cognac (courvoisier vs)

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a glass, and garnish with Angostura Bitters.

Angostura bitters, Yellow chartreuse (1/2 oz), Grenadine (1/2 oz), Lime juice (1/2 oz), Bacardi rum (1 1/2 oz caliche + 1 bsp vale d'paul)

1 Egg white, Pierre ferrand dry curaçao, Grenadine, Quinta infatada ruby port, Lemon juice, Angel's envy bourbon

Honey syrup, Lemon juice, Pierre ferrand cognac, Domaine de canton ginger liqueur, St. elizabeth allspice dram, Tabasco sauce

Lemon juice, Cynar, Cocchi americano, Pierre ferrand 1840 cognac

1 Egg white, Absinthe (kübler), Cointreau, Lemon juice, Cynar, Plymouth gin (beefeater)
