Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.75 oz Ferrara orgeat · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Montecristo 12 year rum · Rum
  • 0.75 oz Batavia arrack · Rum

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish the froth with a few drops of Peychaud's Bitters and Herbsaint. See below for a recipe proportion suggestion.
