Maguey Sour

Ingredients

0.5 Egg white
0.5 oz Orgeat (trader tiki)
0.5 oz Benedictine
0.75 oz Lemon juice
2 oz Mezcal (del maguey vida)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and an orange twist.
