Ingredients

  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz S. maria al monte amaro · Amaro
  • 1 oz Old simon genever · Other
  • 1.25 oz Calvados · Brandy

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
