Judgment Day

Ingredients

• 1 literal 1 Egg white
• 0.5 tsp Absinthe (2.5 ml pernod fils)
• 1 tsp Simple syrup (5 ml gomme)
• 0.33 oz Lemon juice (10 ml)
• 0.33 oz Lime juice (10 ml)
• 0.75 oz + 1/2 Tsp st. germain (25 ml)
• 0.75 oz + 1/2 Tsp pisco (25 ml macchu pisco)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with 4 drops or 1 spray of Allspice Dram.
