- 1 literal 1 Egg yolk
- 0.75 oz Heavy cream (half and half)
- 0.75 oz Averna or cynar (cynar)
- 0.75 oz Calvados (boulard vsop)
- 0.75 oz Slightly smoky scotch (buchanan 12 year)
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice. Garnish with a few drops of Angostura Bitters (or freshly grated nutmeg).
