Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Averna · Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Laird's bonded apple brandy · Brandy
  • 1.5 oz Lustau dry amontillado · Other

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with 2 oz soda and float 2 dash Angostura Bitters. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a lemon twist; add a straw.
