Ingredients

  • 1 literal 6 To 8 leaves of mint
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.25 oz Smith & cross
  • 2 oz Cynar · Amaro

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass with 2-3 oz soda water, top with ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
