1 Egg white, Lemon juice, Elderflower liqueur, Blanco vermouth, Del maguey mezcal, Macchu pisco

Whole egg, Angostura bitters, Pedro ximénez sherry (lustau san emilio)

1 Egg, Angostura bitters, Cynar, Yellow chartreuse, Brandy, Lustau east india solera sherry

1 Egg white, Absinthe (kübler), Cointreau, Lemon juice, Cynar, Plymouth gin (beefeater)

Gin (beefeater), Lemon juice (1/2 oz), Honey syrup (1:1), Crème de violette (1/8 oz rothman & winter), 1 Egg white

1 Egg, Bittermens mole bitters, Angostura bitters, Brown sugar simple syrup, Benedictine, Pimm's no. 1, Oloroso sherry
