Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe. Perhaps increasing the apricot and lime to 3/4 oz each would give this a bit more body.

Convite mezcal, Honey-hibiscus syrup (*), Lime juice, Honey syrup, Dr. sours manganero bitters (sub other spicy bitters or a little hot sauce)

Lime juice, Strega, Apricot liqueur (rothman & winter), Mezcal (fidencio)

Reposado tequila (cimarron), Lemon juice, Apricot liqueur (rothman & winter), Simple syrup, Angostura bitters

House orange bitters, Peychaud's bitters, Grapefruit juice, Lemon juice, Combier pamplemousse rose liqueur, Fidencio clásico mezcal

Mezcal (del maguey mezcal), Maraschino liqueur (luxardo), Aperol, Lemon juice, Hersaint (30 drop kübler absinthe)

Peychaud's bitters, Lime juice, Grapefruit juice, Maraschino liqueur (luxardo), Tequila (lunazul reposado)
