Ingredients

2 dash Angostura bitters
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur (st. elder)
0.5 oz Aperol
1.5 oz Blanco tequila (cimarron)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a rocks glass with ice (coupe glass sans ice), and garnish with a grapefruit (orange) twist.
