Jitterbug Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup (1:1)
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Benedictine
  • 2 oz Rye whiskey (old overholt)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
