Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 2 dash Boker's bitters (jerry thomas decanter)
  • 2 dash Orange bitters (regan's) · Bitters
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Amontillado sherry (lustau) · Sherry

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain over ice, and garnish with an orange-cherry flag.
