Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white
0.5 oz 2:1 Simple syrup (3/4 oz 1:1)
1 tsp Becherovka (1/4 oz)
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.75 oz Mezcal (fidencio)
0.75 oz Tequila (cimarron blanco)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with bitters (Jerry Thomas Decanter) and grapefruit oil from a twist.
