0.5 oz Blue curaçao (senior curaçao clear + 1 drop blue food coloring) · Other
0.5 oz Orgeat · Other
0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe (Fizz glass) with 2 oz sparkling wine (Willm Blanc de Blancs).
