Ingredients

  • 1 literal 6 To 8 leaves of mint
  • 0.25 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Wray & nephew overproof white rum · Rum
  • 0.75 oz Dolin blanc vermouth · Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Salers gentiane liqueur · Liqueur
  • 4 Wedge lemon
  • 1 literal 1 Pinch salt · Other

Instructions

Muddle lemon wedges, mint, and salt in simple syrup. Add the rest, whip shake, and strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint bouquet and add straws.
