Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Pinch salt · Other
  • 4 Wedge lemon
  • 1 literal 6 To 8 leaves of mint
  • 0.25 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 1 oz Pedro ximenez sherry (oxford 1970) · Sherry
  • 1 oz Fernet branca · Amaro

Instructions

Muddle the lemon, mint, and salt. Add the rest, shake with ice, double strain into a double old fashioned glass, fill with crushed ice, and garnish lavishly with mint.
