Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.25 oz Amontillado sherry · Sherry
  • 0.75 oz Manzanilla sherry · Sherry
  • 1.5 oz Palo cortado sherry (*) · Sherry
  • 1 oz Housemade coconut cream · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Fill with crushed ice, garnish with two cherries on a pick, and add a straw.
