Absinthe (1/2 bsp st. george), Angostura bitters, Benedictine, Lillet blanc (cocchi americano), Hendrick's gin (beefeater)

Orange bitters (regan's), Absinthe (rinse, butterfly), Dry vermouth (3/4 oz dolin), Orgeat (3/4 oz bg reynolds), Gin (1 1/2 oz darnley's view)

Amaro nonino, Punt e mes, High west rendezvous rye (sazerac)

Fernet branca (1/2 oz), Cointreau (1/2 oz), Rye (1 oz redemption)

St. george's absinthe, Fernet branca, Lustau pedro ximénez sherry, Carpano antica sweet vermouth

Absinthe (20 drop st. george), Crème de cacao (tempus fugit), Campari, Byrrh grand quinquina, Mezcal (fidencio)
