Sherry Cobbler

Build on crushed ice in a rocks glass, add a straw, and garnish with mint sprigs, strawberry slices, and an orange slice.

Angostura bitters (4 light dash), Maraschino liqueur (1/2 oz luxardo), Patxaran (1/2 oz atxa), Oloroso sherry (2 oz lustau)

Bittermens mole bitters, Demerara syrup, Lustau pedro ximénez "san emilio" sherry

Slice orange, Tbsp sugar (turbinado), Wineglass (4oz) sherry (lustau dry amontillado)

Crushed ice (8 oz), Lemon juice, Oleo saccharum (lemon & orange peel) (*), Amontillado sherry (lustau)

Patrón sherry cask añejo tequila (*), Orange juice, Pineapple juice, Ginger syrup

Raspberry syrup (**), Orange juice, House sherry blend (*)

Peychaud's bitters, Averna, St. george spiced pear liqueur, Lustau dry amontillado sherry

Pineapple syrup, Dos maderas 5+3 rum, Dry sack medium sherry
