Sherry Cobbler

Build in a snifter glass, fill with crushed ice, and swizzle to mix and chill. Garnish with 5-6 dash Regan's Orange Bitters and an orange twist.

Slice orange, Tbsp sugar (turbinado), Wineglass (4oz) sherry (lustau dry amontillado)

Bittermens mole bitters, Demerara syrup, Lustau pedro ximénez "san emilio" sherry

Crushed ice (8 oz), Lemon juice, Oleo saccharum (lemon & orange peel) (*), Amontillado sherry (lustau)

Angostura bitters (4 light dash), Maraschino liqueur (1/2 oz luxardo), Patxaran (1/2 oz atxa), Oloroso sherry (2 oz lustau)

Lustau los arcos dry amontillado sherry, Rothman & winter apricot liqueur, Smoking ban bitters (sub angostura or other aromatic)

Patrón sherry cask añejo tequila (*), Orange juice, Pineapple juice, Ginger syrup

Pineapple syrup, Dos maderas 5+3 rum, Dry sack medium sherry

Peychaud's bitters, Averna, St. george spiced pear liqueur, Lustau dry amontillado sherry
