Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat (bg reynolds) · Other
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple gum syrup · Syrup
  • 1 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Pisco (macchu pisco) · Pisco

Instructions

Shake the lemon juice and egg white. Add the rest and ice, and shake again. Strain into a Fizz glass containing 2 oz of soda water.
