Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 1 barspoon Orgeat · Other
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Pastis d'autrefois · Pastis
  • 2 oz Bols genever · Gin

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with, and double strain into a rocks glass. Add 3 ice cubes and a straw, and garnish with 3 drops of orange blossom water.
