Sureau Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Heavy cream · Other
• 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
• 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
• 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
• 1 oz St. germain liqueur · Liqueur
• 2 oz Beefeater gin · Gin
• 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
• 1 drop Orange blossom water · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a Highball glass containing 2 oz of soda water. Twist an orange peel over the top and discard, and garnish the froth with 3-4 additional drops of orange blossom water. Add a spoon straw.
