Ingredients

  • 2 oz Teeling single grain irish whiskey
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Aperol
  • 0.5 oz Grenadine
  • 1 Heaping bsp raspberry jam
  • 1 dash Regan's orange bitters
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with lemon oil from a twist.
