Berkshire greylock gin, Campari, Rothman & winter apricot liqueur, Lemon juice, Peychaud's bitters

1 Egg white, Honey syrup (1:1), Lemon juice, Cardamaro, W.l. weller bourbon

6 To 8 leaves of mint, Simple syrup, Lime juice, Smith & cross, Cynar

Bols genever, Aperol, Elderflower liqueur (st. elder), Lemon juice, 1 Egg white
