Mojito From Ipanema

Ingredients

1 Nasturtium flower
2 Medium nasturtium leaves (sliced into 6ths)
0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
2 oz Leblon cachaça · Cachaça

Instructions

Shake with ice, double strain into a Collins glass with 3 oz soda water, fill with ice, add a straw, and garnish with a fresh nasturtium leaf and flower.
