Ingredients

  • 1 Small pinch salt
  • 1 barspoon Pastis · Pastis
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat · Other
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Milagro blanco tequila · Tequila

Instructions

Add about 1 oz ginger beer and 1 oz soda water to a highball glass. Shake rest of ingredients with ice and strain into the glass. Top with ginger beer (~1/2 oz) and garnish with a lime wedge and a straw.
