Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura orange bitters · Bitters
  • 1 dash Allspice dram · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Mathilde xo orange liqueur · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Aperol · Other
  • 1.25 oz Scorpion mezcal · Mezcal

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice except for the ginger ale, and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Top off with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime wedge and straws.
