Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 2 oz Heavy cream · Other
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.25 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Cynar · Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Fernet branca · Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Averna · Amaro
  • 4 drop Orange blossom water · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a Collins glass with 2 oz ginger beer, garnish with an orange twist, and add a straw.
