Ingredients

  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Wu wei syrup (2 parts tea:1 part sugar) · Syrup
  • 1.75 oz Plymouth gin (beefeater 24) · Gin

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
