Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white
0.13 oz Rothman & winter orchard apricot
0.25 oz Simple syrup
0.25 oz Amaro meletti
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.75 oz Peach-infused brandy
1 oz Applejack

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass containing 3 ice cubes. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
